GRETNA — A company is seeking damages after its supplier allegedly breached a contractual agreement.
Arctic Ice Company LLC filed a suit on April 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Big River Enterprises LLC, alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that it had entered into a contractual agreement in which it allegedly was supposed to receive supplies from the defendant. The suit claims that the defendant failed to ship ice to the plaintiff as it allegedly was obligated to under the agreement.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Eric J. Derbes of the Derbes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
