In the case of Kendra Goodman versus Todd Glazer, filed under the court case ID NO. 2023-CA-0502 in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, State of Louisiana, a significant development occurred on April 3, 2024. The lawsuit revolves around a dispute over communication with their children's school following their divorce and joint custody agreement.

The plaintiff, Kendra Goodman, represented by Jeffrey M. Hoffman, Sarah J. Flettrich and Elizabeth K. Fox from Hoffman Nguyen & Kuehl L.L.C., alleges that the defendant Todd Glazer had been incessantly contacting and harassing the administration and teachers at their children's school. This issue was first raised by Timothy Kemery, the appointed parenting coordinator, who noted Mr. Glazer's disruptive actions in December 2021 and recommended restrictions on his communications with the school.

On April 27, 2023, the trial court ordered that Mr. Glazer should no longer communicate with the children’s school - a judgment that Mr. Glazer appealed against. Represented by Yvette Anne D'Aunoy, Ira Joel Middleberg and Jean-Paul J. Morrell from Middleberg Riddle Group, Mr. Glazer's appeal led to a review of this judgment.
